Weaving meditation into contemporary life. Learn to cultivate the habit of re-centering yourself into presence, amidst life’s fast-paced rhythm and stresses, and how to build and integrate your practice into everyday modern life.
We will explore the do’s and don’ts of meditation, what is blocking you from a daily practice, why you don’t feel “good” at it, and what it is you are truly seeking by building a practice.
We will play with several different meditation techniques using our breath, body sensations, heart and mind.
We will create a personalized written true + do-able commitment.
We will wrap with a blessing + visualization of your new, easy breezy meditation practice.
